I’m Emory Jernigan

I know firsthand how important it is to get a property market-ready. My mom is a Realtor, and when my family moved when I was 15, I saw how much work goes into preparing a home for sale. From clearing out clutter to handling last-minute junk removal, I understand the challenges real estate professionals face when trying to sell homes quickly and at top dollar.

It’s not initially why I founded Junk Knights, but I quickly came to realize the need for a business to provide fast, reliable property cleanouts that help Realtors, Property Managers, and Investors get their listings in perfect shape for the market.

I started this business in my senior year of high school and put it on pause in 2022 to serve an LDS mission in Idaho. During that time, I gained invaluable lessons in service, integrity, and hard work—values I now bring into every junk removal job. Since returning home in 2024, I’ve been committed to growing Junk Knights into Maryland’s go-to junk removal service for real estate professionals.
